The staff at Westerhall Rums are a beautifully diverse bunch but the uniting factor that drives us all is our dedication to producing the most delectable range of rums to suit even the most seasoned palates. Fusing only the highest quality ingredients and adding a hefty pinch of passion, we apply our obsessive attention to detail to every stage of the distilling process to ensure perfection, every time.

We have four very distinct rums to offer and each shares the special Westerhall touch…

RUM NO. 3

RUM NO. 3

Smooth and mellow. The No. 3 is aged for 3 years in oak casks and the result is a round-tasting rum packed full of flavours from the ‘Spice Isle’.

It is delightfully light and perfect for cocktails or with mixers. We love it with ginger ale and a slice of lime. No. 3 is the official rum of Cowes Week 2017.

RUM NO. 5

RUM NO. 5

The No. 5 is silky smooth and effortless to drink. After spending 5 years in oak casks, this rum begs to be enjoyed with ice on a balmy evening. The first sip keeps you on your toes with a moderate bite, before giving way to a buttery, honey-sweet flavour with a hint of spice and a complex, characterful finish. If you’re looking for a summertime refreshment, try it with plenty of ice and coconut water.

RUM NO. 7

RUM NO. 7

7 long years this rum is aged for, and it shows. The aroma, texture and flavour are robust and interesting – hints of spices are complemented by strong molasses and a touch of caramel. It works wonderfully with tropical drinks or mixers or on ice, but can also be a fantastic winter warmer with ginger wine by a roaring fire.

RUM NO. 10

Patience is a virtue. We age the No. 10 for 10 years in oak barrels and it’s so worth the wait. Once released from captivity this rum has a gentle temperament – smooth on the palate and rich in flavours, and best enjoyed on the rocks or diluted with club soda. For something a little more Grenadian, try it with the juice of a fresh green coconut.
